Refunds & Cancellation

Purchases in AJDE go through the App Store, so refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under its rules. Here's how to do it.
1. Where purchases are made
The AJDE+ subscription and the one-time «Lifetime» purchase are made through your Apple account in the App Store. As the developer, we have no access to the payment and cannot refund it directly — Apple does.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple in one of these ways:
- at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the AJDE purchase, and choose «Request a refund»;
- via App Store settings on your device: «Purchase History» → the purchase → «Report a Problem».
Apple decides on the refund in line with its own rules and the laws of your country.
3. Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but is not a refund for the period already paid — access remains until the end of the paid term. You can cancel at any time:
- in the app: «Profile» → «Subscription» → «Manage subscription»;
- or in device settings: Apple ID → «Subscriptions» → AJDE.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
4. Trial period
If a free trial applies to the subscription, no charge happens until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
